1. Services

  • All services, including printer installation, driver setup, software updates, and configurations, are provided based on agreed scope and specifications.

  • Refunds for services will only be considered if there is a clear failure to deliver the agreed services or if the service cannot be performed due to our error.

  • To request a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of service completion, providing details of the issue.

  • Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may require supporting documentation or verification.

2. Products

  • Refunds or exchanges for physical products (printers, accessories, software) are accepted only if the items are defective, damaged during delivery, or incorrectly supplied.

  • Requests for product refunds must be made within 7 days of receipt.

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition, along with proof of purchase.

  • Shipping costs for returns may apply unless the defect or error is confirmed to be ours.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Services that have been fully performed and accepted.

  • Software licenses once delivered and activated.

  • Customized products or services requested specifically for your business needs.

4. Refund Process

  • Once your refund request is approved, the amount will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

  • Refund approval is at the discretion of All Brothers Technician  based on the nature of the request and compliance with this policy.
